association of debt management consultants  certification

Burke Jenson and Rose, Inc. specializes in professional debt resolution for businesses and individuals. Part negotiator, part mediator, part business consultant, our experts help clients resolve disputes and debt problems quickly -- without spending months in court.

Our clients range from small start-up companies to large, multimillion dollar corporations. Our goal in every case is to create and negotiate the optimum business solution for each company's individual situation.

Dispute Negotiation Services
Business disagreements can lead to long, expensive lawsuits that take years to complete. Often the end result leaves no one happy -- except the attorneys who were paid to merely postpone the repayment process.

Burke, Jenson and Rose, Inc. specializes in negotiations which resolve disputes to everyone's satisfaction without going to court. By taking a "negotiate first" strategy, you can often get a settlement that makes business sense, while saving a substantial amount of time and money.

Debt Resolution Services
When financial problems occur in a business, creditors begin a process of collection actions, lawsuits and even the seizure of assets. We help our clients settle lawsuits out of court, handle aggressive collection agents and satisfy creditors. Often, key vendor relationships can be salvaged.

In cases where bankruptcy looks like the only option, a voluntary workout program can often be arranged with creditors. This avoids the need for a filing, pays the creditors and can give a business a second chance to survive.

Affiliations
Burke, Jenson and Rose, Inc. is accredited, a member of the International Association of Debt Management Professionals and, as such, fully conforms to its code of conduct and ethics.
